Flexible Moulding is designed to take the pain out of those labor intensive curved surfaces and costly radius top openings.

In most cases stock profiles can be reproduced in FLEXIBLE material without a tooling charge. For non-stock items, and in the rare case of a stock profile for which a mold has not been created, a nominal tooling charge will be incurred. (Please see the guideline for ordering flexible profiles.).

Lead time will be approximately two weeks.

GUIDELINE FOR ORDERING FLEXIBLE PROFILES

HALF CIRCLE

1. Convert all to inches.

There are two ways to figure # of feet.

A) Radius (R) + (Width of Mould) x (3.14) = (# of inches) ÷ (by 12 in.) then round up to the nearest foot.

B) Diameter (D) + (2 x Width of Mould) x (3.14) ÷ (2) ÷ (12 in.) then round up to nearest foot.

SMOOTH ARCH

1. Convert all to inches

2. (The Span) + (2 x Width of Mould) + (2 x Rise) ÷ (12 in.) then round up to nearest foot.

ELLIPTICAL ARCH & OVAL

CROWN MOULDINGS

1. Is it going to the inside of a circle (I.S.D.) or to the outside of the circle (O.S.D.)

2. Make sure the crown is being mounted correctly (top & bottom)
